First, we would like to thank you for being a part of our growing family- owned business, and we greatly appreciate everyone who sent us a holiday card. As the new year starts, we are making some adjustments to better serve our customers. We will have some major and minor changes as we start this mowing season.
Beginning with payments, we are switching everything over to cash / checks and yard-books to better our book-keeping. Yard-books is the system we used last year, so most of you will be familiar with it.
We can accommodate payments monthly, yearly, or per service. We now have a 5-business day grace period for payments, if you need longer, please contact us and we can work it out.
After 5 days if you have not communicated to us and made other arrangements service will stop until the account is caught up.
Currently the majority of our customers are on the schedule for once a month (unless discussed otherwise). In March all service will be switched to every three weeks, then you will have the option to schedule bi-weekly when ready. If you would like weekly service, it will be first come first serve.
Our service areas will be changing, if we are no longer in your area, we will reach out via text to let you know. If you are currently scheduled for services on a specific day, that will be changing as well. If you need more information on that feel free to contact us.
